Fixsure LLC (“FareVonta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides FareVonta, an educational and interactive training service for rideshare drivers. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use FareVonta or visit the website.

Information handled by the FareVonta app

FareVonta may process limited account and authentication information, including an email address, as necessary to provide account access and subscription services.

FareVonta training activity, practice responses, individual answers, scores, and similar training information are stored locally on your device where applicable so that Farevonta can provide training, progress, and personalized review features.

This training information remains in local app or browser storage and is not transmitted to Fixsure LLC as part or your centralized customer account.

Information we do not collect through the app

FareVonta does not collect passenger personal information, driver earnings or tips, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera information, advertising identifiers for cross-site tracking, or payment-card or banking information through the training experience.

Your choices and data deletion

You can erase locally stored learning information by using FareVonta reset-progress feature. Uninstalling the app, clearing the app’s storage, or clearing the website storage used by the web version may also remove locally stored progress. Because locally stored training information is not sent to us, we cannot retrieve or delete that locally stored training information remotely.

Website information

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, cookies, and server logs to deliver, secure, and operate the website. Squarespace’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policies and settings.

If you contact us using the Support page, we will use the information you provide only to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information. Locally stored training-progress information is not transmitted to us as aprt of your centralized customer account and therefore is not sold or shared by us. Website service providers may process limited technical information when necessary to host, secure, or operate the website. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety.

Age Requirement

FareVonta is intended only for adults age 18 or older. FareVonta is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Users should protect access to their devices because app progress is stored locally.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when FareVonta, this website, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
